Where we treat the brain
TMS coil placement is protocol-specific, targeting the circuits most involved in each condition.
- PREFRONTAL CORTEX
Primary target for depression (left hemisphere) and anxiety (right hemisphere). Responsible for executive function and emotional regulation.
- PRECUNEUS
Your brain is built to change. Cost shouldn't be the reason it doesn't.
PTSD and depression affect every dimension of life: sleep, focus, relationships, and the ability to feel like yourself. When medication and therapy haven’t moved the needle, it can feel like there are no options left.
TMS works differently than other treatments. Instead of system-wide medications or therapies focused on thought patterns and behavior, TMS rebuilds connections in your brain to help you feel more like yourself again.
Newer accelerated protocols, which compress treatment into days rather than months, are showing remarkable results. But insurance coverage hasn’t kept up. Most plans will only cover traditional TMS protocols first approved decades ago, leaving patients without access to approaches that may work faster and more effectively for them.
Optimal TMS created this awareness initiative to change that. By documenting real outcomes with real people, we’re building the case that these treatments deserve broader recognition and coverage. And by removing the financial barrier for selected candidates, we’re making sure that the cost of insurance red tape and bureaucracy doesn’t fall on the patients who can least afford to wait.
Selected candidates receive partial or full coverage of their treatment cost, pending clinical evaluation. This is a clinical program with real oversight, real providers, and a genuine commitment to outcomes. Apply now – and help us in our goal of making this life-changing treatment available to everyone who needs it. See if you qualify for free TMS treatment below.
